Refund policy
Cancellations:
- I can issue cancellations and full refunds on any orders that have not yet shipped. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, so if you have not yet received a shipment email, you can still cancel your order.
Returns or Replacements:
- If you've received your order and would like a refund, I can issue a full refund upon return of your order. Please contact me if you would like a refund so that I can provide you with a return label.
- If you have received your order and would like a replacement, please contact me so that I can provide you with a return label. I can only issue exchanges on items that are still in stock. If the item is out of stock, I will issue a refund.
If your package has been lost or stolen:
- If you believe your package to be stolen, please report the theft to your local authorities.
- If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, please contact me so that I can contact the carrier. If they are unable to locate it, I will issue a refund.
